LoggedOut Vs LoggedIn View

When logged out of metamask (Connect button visible), Platform Highlights Tile will display the General Platform Metrics.

After logging in via metamask (Connect button has your wallet address), the Platform Highlights Tile will show the Actual Platform Metrics.
